Buying wholesale
We supply independent shops, market traders, online sellers and offices. Opening an account takes one working day once we have your company details.
Send your enquiry
Tell us what you are looking for, the quantity and your business name.
Receive a price list
We send current stock, pack sizes and prices, and can post samples.
Confirm the order
We issue a pro forma invoice with delivery costs and a lead time.
Dispatch
Goods leave once payment clears, by parcel carrier or pallet depending on size.
Trade terms at a glance
- Minimum order
- £250 for a first order, £150 thereafter.
- Pack sizes
- Clothing and footwear in size-run packs; furniture by the unit.
- Lead time
- Stock items 2–5 working days. Indent and made-to-order lines 4–8 weeks.
- Payment
- Pro forma by bank transfer for new accounts. Credit terms considered after three settled orders.
- Prices
- Quoted per unit, excluding delivery. VAT added where applicable.
- Delivery
- UK mainland by carrier or pallet. Quoted per order by weight and volume.
Samples and returns for trade orders
- Swatches are free. Sample garments and single pairs of shoes are charged at cost and credited against your first order.
- Check your delivery on arrival and tell us about shortages or damage within 3 working days.
- Faulty goods are replaced or credited in full.
- Trade orders are not covered by consumer cancellation rights, so we would rather you take a sample first.
- Furniture is delivered flat-packed unless assembly is agreed in writing.

For customers buying one or two items
Online orders and delivery
We also sell single items through our online shop and through online marketplaces. These orders are covered by the usual consumer rights.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. We deliver to UK addresses only; the Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take longer.
Returns for online orders
- 14 days from delivery to tell us you have changed your mind, then 14 days to send the item back unused and in its original packaging.
- 30 days to reject anything faulty, damaged or not as described, for a full refund. We pay the return postage in those cases.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of the goods reaching us.
- Sealed hygiene items such as underwear and earrings cannot be returned once opened.

Lisa Marie Elliot Fashion Limited was incorporated in February 2026 and is registered in England and Wales. The business is run from Kington, in Herefordshire, close to the Welsh border.
We work with a small number of manufacturers and importers, which keeps our range focused and our prices steady. Trade customers deal with the same person from first enquiry to repeat order, and online customers get an answer to their email the same or next working day.

FAQ
Do I need a business to order from you?
No. Wholesale prices and pack sizes are for businesses, but anyone can buy single items through our online shop at retail prices.
How do I get a price list?
Send us a trade enquiry with your business name, what you are interested in and rough quantities. We reply with the current list, pack sizes and lead times.
Can I see the goods before ordering in bulk?
Yes. Swatches are free, and we can send sample garments or a single pair of shoes at cost, credited against your first order.
Do you deliver office furniture to a floor or room?
Standard delivery is kerbside or reception. Delivery to a specific floor or room, and assembly, can be arranged for an extra charge agreed in advance.
Do you export outside the UK?
Not at present. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
What if part of my delivery is missing?
Tell us within 3 working days of delivery for trade orders, or as soon as you notice for online orders. We check the packing record and send the missing items or credit them.
